Owner/Principal Investigator
Amy Ward, Principal investigator and owner of Cat's Eye Investigative Services, is a degreed professional in Criminal Justice, Political Science, and Paralegal. Ms Ward, a huge education advocate, is always learning and expanding her knowledge. With years of experience in retail loss prevention, training, and non profit management. Mrs. Ward and her investgators share a genuine curiosity to find the answers that her clients seek.
Amy brings ethical, reasonable, and quality services to each client she serves. Ms. Ward is a proud veteran of the United States Army.
Apart from her professional private investigator qualifications, Ms. Ward’s seven years of service in the U.S. Army as a heavy equipment operator have built into her nature the determination and discipline to stay with any assignment until the mission is accomplished.
Michael Mc Donnell
Mr. McDonnell is a self-employed Private Investigator who, since 1982, has investigated insurance fraud, Workman's Compensation Claim fraud and other criminal and fraudulent acts committed against private business and private persons for clients throughout the United States, Canada and England. He also conducts background and fraud investigations on contract with various agencies and contractors of the US Government and carries credentials from the FBI, OPM, DIA, NSA and Customs and Border Patrol.
As a Security Consultant he has advised Federal, State and Private clients in the ways and means of protecting their assets, buildings and person from internal and external attack.
His military background includes Infantry and Military Intelligence assignments in Europe, Vietnam and the United States with tours as an Intelligence Instructor at DoD and Army Command schools. He was trained at the U S Army Military Intelligence School, the NATO Intelligence School in Germany, and the Royal British Military Intelligence Academy. In turn he has trained military and civilian personnel in Military Intelligence specialties in Europe and the United States. His world-wide assignments in both the Infantry and Military Intelligence Branches have allowed him a unique perspective into terrorism as it has evolved to the present time, and has also allowed him to bring to his clients a unique perspective in the investigation of, and protection against, criminal and fraudulent acts.
While assigned in the military Mr. McDonnell wrote manuals, plans and procedures to protect installations against conventional criminal and terrorist attacks, and since 1982 has written plans and designed systems to protect federal, state and private enterprise facilities. He has authored articles and studies on physical and personal security throughout his career and has spoken at civic organizations and professional seminars on the ways and means business owners and managers can protect their enterprises from internal and external attack.
He is certified as a Certified Fraud Examiner by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and also certified as a Certified Protection Professional, by the American Society for Industrial Security.
Sandra, Office manager
Sandra is a high school intern this year. Sandra is highly organized and has done a great job organizing Cat's Eye Investigative Services Office and setting up all the paper work for case files. Sandra is currently training to become a private investigator.
